Mark Kvamme
Co-Founder & Chairman
In addition to founding Eagle Electronics, Mark is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The O.H.I.O. Fund. Prior to this, Mark had a long career in the private sector (founding Drive Capital, being a GP at Sequoia Capital, founding CKS, and beginning his career at Apple). Mark has also spent extensive time in and around government, having been the Director of Job Creation in Ohio for John Kasich and launching JobsOhio in 2011 which generated $1.7bn in revenue for Ohio in 2022.
TJ Dembinski
Co-Founder & CEO
Prior to founding Eagle Electronics, TJ was a Partner at Drive Capital where he worked for the past 6 years. At Drive, he served on the board of several of the firm’s most valuable investments and was responsible for investing out of both the venture funds and growth funds. Before joining Drive, TJ was an investment banker at UBS covering technology buyouts.

Dawn led the iconic CIA Directorate of Science & Technology. Prior to that, she redefined technical oversight for the Intelligence Community with a topline budget of $60bn+.
Matt Wyckhouse
Founding Board Director
Matt is the Founder & CEO of Finite State, a leader in software and device supply chain security. Finite State will be securing all Eagle devices at both the firmware and hardware levels.
Joel Young
Chief Technology Officer
Joel is a seasoned technologist in the IoT and cellular industry for over 20 years and holds 16 patents in communication technology. Prior, he was the CTO for Digi International, a publicly traded wireless solutions company focused on 5G, LTE and other wireless technologies. After leaving Digi he was the CTO of Xirgo Technologies, a leader in worldwide wireless transportation and logistics products and solutions.
